Taped materials must be requested at least 6 weeks before the beginning of each term. Return taped materials to the Counselor/Coordinator of Student Accommodations by the end of the term. Books on Tape are ordered from Recordings for the Blind and Dyslexic by the Counselor/Coordinator of Student Accommodations. In order for me to utilize this service, the Counselor/Coordinator of Student Accommodations will submit a Certification Form, including identifying information, to RFBD on my behalf. When taped texts are not available, materials may be taped by the tutoring center when sufficient notice is given. In this case, the student should obtain a list of the relevant chapters and pages to be taped and supply this list to the tutoring center.
