How do I find my User ID and Password?
Before you can log into IRIS you must know your “User ID”. On the Lake Land College Home Page… www.lakeland.cc.il.us
1. Click on User Account
2. Click on “What’s my User I.D.”
3. Insert information and click submit
What is my Password?
Initially your password is your birthday in 6 numbers, no spaces. Ex. May 1, 1972 would be 050172.
The first time you log into IRIS you will be prompted to change your password. Your new password must be 6-9 characters in length with letters and numbers. It is not case sensitive.
If you forget your password contact the admissions office at 234-5434 to have it reset to your birth date.
