What to do

Students must request copies of their official transcripts in writing. Students may fax or mail their request to the Admissions and Records Office or complete a request form in the Admissions and Records Office or at the Effingham Kluthe Center. Current students may request an official transcript through the Internet Registration and Information System (IRIS).  Current students may also print out an unofficial transcript through IRIS. All transcript requests are free.

How to obtain

An Official Transcript:

1. Print and complete the online Transcript Request form. This form must then be faxed or mailed to the Admissions and Records Office at the below address. This form is also available in the Admissions and Records Office or at the Effingham Kluthe Center.
   
2. All requests must contain the student's name, student ID or social security number, student's signature and where the transcript should be mailed or faxed. (Faxed transcripts are not official)
   
3. The College reserves the right to withhold official transcripts of persons who have unpaid financial obligations to the institution.

An Unofficial Transcript:

1. Current students may visit the Internet Registration and Information System (IRIS) online.
2. Click on the "Transcript" option.
3. Enter the student's User ID and password.
4. Print out the unofficial transcript for your records.

*Pickup transcripts may not be available during peak enrollment periods or at the end of the semester. Older records which may be archived will take longer to produce. Students will be informed at time of the request if there will be a delay.
