Insurance Benefits for ParaprofessionalsThe College provides $30,000 term life insurance, at no cost to the employee. Employees may purchase additional term life insurance on themselves and their dependents at their expense. Medical insurance and dental insurance coverage are provided at no cost to the employee. The College and the employee share the cost of major medical and dental insurance for dependents. The College will pay the lesser of 50% or up to $830.00 on the employee’s optional dependent coverage. Two tiers of dependent coverage are available. |
