Lucile began her career at Lake Land after teaching at Cumberland High School. Lucile taught as an Office Technology Instructor and began and coordinated a court reporting program at Lake Land College. A truly gifted educator, Lucile was known by her students as a fun, lively, and spirited instructor. She developed a mother-daughter relationship with a Brazilian foreign exchange student she hosted, and they remained close throughout Lucile’s life.
